1. Are The Items Brand New?

Yes all our stock is original, brand new and manufacture sealed.

 

2. When I Purchase A Smartphone What Does The Box Contain? 

The phones are all manufacture sealed so they come with the handset, charger, headphones and user manual.

 

3. Where Do You Deliver To?                             

We currently only deliver to customers within the UK and EU. 

 

4. Do You Deliver To Work Addresses?

Yes we do. We can deliver to your home address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box address for security purposes. In order to make sure your delivery arrives as soon as possible you should make sure that someone is available to receive your parcel at the address you specify.

 

5. How Do I Know If My Order Is Dispatched?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way. Our team works around the clock so you could receive the email during the day or the night. If you have any queries please get in touch using the details on our contact page quoting your order number.

 

6. What Is Your Return Policy?

Here at Mobiles247, we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase and offer a full 30 days money back guarantee as long as the item has not been opened. If the item is faulty customer's can return it for repair or replacement where we exchange the faulty phone with a new one! This means you can return or exchange your phone within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once the first 30 days is up manufacture warranty will cover any faults.

 

7. How Do I Return An Item?

When completing a return the customer must send the item as tracked delivery and inside the parcel place a note with the same name, address and phone number that was used to purchase the item. Use the following address to send the parcel to:

8. Which Payment Methods Can I Use?     

The payment methods that are available for mobiles247 customer's purchasing on our site are credit and debit cards as well as MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.

 

9. Which Delivery Methods Are Available?

Mobiles247 use Royal Mail for delivery and the service we use is tracked delivery. We aim to deliver within 5 daysWe provide free shipping for our customers.

 

10. How Do I Track The Status Of My Order? 

Once you have placed your order, you will recieve an email with tracking details along with your dispatch confirmation.

 

11. How Long Does It Take For My Order To Arrive At My Address?

We aim to dispatch and deliver your order within 5 day using Royal Mail's tracked delivery. 

  

12. When Will An Item Be Back In Stock?

We do our best to update the stock messages on our websites as soon as we have an estimated arrival date of the items. To reserve an item, you can purchase it through our website, and the item will be dispatched to you as a priority as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.
